The Gunstock Shanty

You will have the entire space to yourself. For your safety, during the winter months, when there is snow and/or ice on the ground, it is required to have a 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle for accessing the property. You will have a unique access code to enter the property once the guest agreement is signed. We ask you to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement, upload your license and provide a $1000 “hold” on a credit card via a secure portal called Owner Reservation System. Failure to comply can result to the cancellation of reservation.
